If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 10 business days of purchase. We will work with you to solve the issues and if we can’t get the problem solved we will coordinate returns or replacements.
Sales on the following items are final:
- Special orders.
- Products sold "as is" or "used" or that have been installed or used after receipt and damaged by user error.
- NFA items.
- Illumination devices, electronic sights and optics.
Used firearms may not be returned. All sales are final. Description and photos (if available) are provided by the seller. Ask all questions on the product Before ordering.
GENERAL FIREARM SALES
All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering.
All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase for repair. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package, unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items. Many warranties are carried out by the manufacture for product issues.
All information collected during the checkout process is transmitted via industry standard Transport Layer Security (TLS). A Transport Layer Security (TLS) Certificate (or SSL Certificate) creates an encrypted connection between a Web site and a visitor's Web browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the Web site and the browser remains private and secure.
All orders shipped from a distributor warehouse will promptly be sent to the appropraite wholesaler within minutes and your package will usually be delivered within 3-10 days of being processed. Natural events, state or national emergencies, or high order volume may extend shipping estimations. Orders from distributors will ship through UPS, FedEx, or USPS. We strive to keep shipping prices as low as possible when choosing the shipping options. IF you want EXPEDITED shipping we will need to send you an invoice for the item with the exact shipping cost.
For in-store inventory we will process it and ship it within 3 - 10 business days via Fedex, UPS, or USPS (We do often ship small items out next day if it is as simple as throwing the item into a USPS flate rate box). When we have a large amount of orders or busy seasons we will take a bit longer but we will try to have a pop-up banner informing you.
Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via USPS, UPS and FedEx according to the carrier used for each package. If you have not received a package tracking number it can be shared with you by customer request. Some orders may have multiple boxes for a single order. Items that have already been sent to the warehouse with Picking-Tickets can not be canceled. FEDEX, USPS, UPS etc policies apply.
- Orders made for products that are on Back-Order will say so in the title or description. The estimated lead times will be provided if longer than 10 business days. If an item requires a time period to manufacture the item, lead times may also vary depending on the quantities of your order and order volume. Gun Guys Custom Back-ordered items can be refunded if the wait time exceeds 3 weeks without any updates on progress. (We also wont take backorders unless we have confirmation that the materials are being manufactured)
ONLINE PRICE & DESCRIPTION ERRORS
Online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will refund the money. If you are unsure about an items description email or call for more information and explanation before making an order.
We would also greatly appreciate you contacting us if you see any critical errors that need fixed. Any helpful tips and feedback are entered into a drawing for Coupons or free items added to your next order.
