NFA Item Transfers

In addition to standard firearm transfers, we are a licensed SOT (Special Occupational Taxpayer) and are fully authorized to handle NFA (National Firearms Act) item transfers.

We can assist with:

• Suppressors (silencers)

• Short-Barreled Rifles (SBRs)

• Short-Barreled Shotguns (SBSs)

• Machine Guns, AOWs, and other NFA-regulated items

• Form 4 submissions and ATF compliance guidance

We use the Peterson Farms digital fingerprint system that is just like many of the systems you would see at a local sheriffs office. The system and software called Cerberus help us create quickly and easily take your fingerpints, capture a photo, and upload information to the ATF E-Forms System. You will need to create a profile, record or save your User ID, Email address, and PIN to purchase an NFA firearm or Suppressor etc.
