DSI Fixed Magazine Rifles are a legal configuration for all 50 states,
including New York, California, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Hawaii, Maryland, Illinois, Washington State and Washington D.C.

This is due to a propreitary lower, machined to a unique design that doesnt have a magazine release.  It is not compatible with with a standard AR-15 lower parts kit since it doesnt use the same parts. HOWEVER, that proprietary design separates it from an AR-15. A DS-15 is not just an AR-15 lower with a fixed magazine, its a whole new system using 10rd pmag as an internal 10rd magazine.

This is the closest thing you can get to an AR-15 in WA state.  It might not be as cool or easy to use as an AR-15, but at least we can still get these.

If you want to order one of these, please make sure your local FFL is willing to accept these for transfer. We have no problem selling these here, but some dealers dont want to sell these.
